The chart-topper, 46, was characteristically sassy while spotted in downtown Hollywood, where she effortlessly commanded attention.               Dressing to impress for the occasion, the mother-of-two oozed glamour in her latest choice of attire. This was centred around a jet black mini-skirt with added slit, which she teamed with a pair of fishnet stockings and strappy shoes. She matched it with a jewel-studded jacket, which shimmered in the glare of the flashbulbs, and a pair of designer sunglasses. Smiling broadly as she was helped in an out of a waiting vehicle, the chart-topper – who has sold over 200 million records worldwide – looked suitably glitzy. This was helped by her trademark mane, which she wore centre-parted in a cascade of thick curls. In addition, boasting virtually no lines on her face, she appeared much younger than her actual age.
